Joe is a Spokane native. He graduated from Ferris High School and went on to work in retail, as an electrician’s apprentice, and in hospitality at one of Spokane’s favorite restaurants, Clinkerdagger. This work background taught him the value of service, problem solving under pressure, and keeping up in a fast paced work environment. He also developed a passion for listening to and reading people’s needs and delivering exactly what was necessary to ensure a positive experience. Joe was drawn to a career in real estate by his father who has been a successful Realtor in the Spokane market for years. Witnessing the connection to clients and fulfillment of helping people achieve their real estate goals, he was excited to join the team at Coldwell Banker. Coming from a large tight knit family as one of eight children, he loves the family environment at this brokerage; as well as the extensive continuing education and resources he needs to deliver success and satisfaction to every client.

When he isn’t working, Joe enjoys spending time at Loon Lake, camping on the Coeur d’ Alene river, and generally just being outdoors anywhere in the beautiful Inland Northwest. He and his wife also like to travel around the state visiting Washington’s vast array of wineries and breweries, in addition to making an annual trip to Maui, where they were married at Kapalua Beach. As a music enthusiast, he has been to over 100 concerts in his lifetime and is constantly in search of new artists to follow.
